Activating the Mobile time reporting view

You can activate the Mobile time reporting for your company in the Tuntinetti's paid features tab. This can be found in the Basic settings tab.

By checking the Mobile GUI check-box active the Mobile time reporting can be accessed.

Commissioning settings

  1. You get the account information via e-mail from Tuntinetti.
  2. Click the login-link in the e-mail and login with your username and password.
  3. Change the password and proceed to login. More information about the first login can be found in the next section Setting the commissioning settings with the help of a computer.
    • Now you have a working account to the web browser version of Tuntinetti.
  4. Go to http://www.tuntinetti.fi/Mobiiliseuranta with your phone's internet browser.
  5. Login with your username and password.
  6. The application asks: "Remember me?" Choose "Yes" so you don't have to write your information everytime you want to login.

    (This works with iOS and Android devices. If you are using a Windows Phone, you need to install a different web browser. For example Opera.) An additional function is being worked on to have the Windows Phone's Explorer to remember usernames. We will inform about it later.
  7. Add the page to your bookmarks and add it to your phone's home screen.
    • Apple: Open the menu from the footer and choose "Add to Home Screen".
    • Windows Phone: Open the web browser's settings from the footer and select "Pin to start".
    • Android: Open the web browser's settings from the top part of the screen and select "Add to Home Screen".
  8. Now move the icon somewhere where you can easily find it!
Now you have an icon on your phone's home screen that leads you straight to the Mobile time reporting service.

Setting the commissioning settings with the help of a computer

  1. Copy the password in the e-mail with the copy-function.
  2. Open the login page by clicking the link in the e-mail.
  3. Write your e-mail address in the username-field.
  4. Paste the password that you copied in the password-field and login.
  5. The system needs to have the password entered again. You can paste it again.
  6. Replace the password with your own and confirm it. Then login.
Notice that the first login can be easier with a computer. The password is easier to copy and paste with a computer's user interface. Though a computer is not necessary and it can be done with a phone also.

Using the Mobile time reporting

Time reporting - Stamp in and Stamp out -buttons

  1. Open the Mobile time reporting by clicking the icon that was made according to the Commissioning settings instruction.
  2. With the STAMP IN -button you can start the work time.
  3. A new window is opened, where you can select a project. The confirm the selection by clicking Stamp yourself in.
  4. With the STAMP OUT -button you can end the work time.
  5. The STAMP OUT -button can be also used when you go for a lunch or leave your work place.
  6. When you return to work from lunch just stamp yourself back in with the STAMP IN -button.
The STAMP OUT -button only appears after you have stamped yourself in.
